“Our skin sloughing, hair shedding, and nails being nervously chewed upon. Artists' bodies are in constant dialogue with the landscapes within which they create . As we continue processes of transformation we trudge through a dense forest of process, material and reflection.”


The Forest I Inhabit is a group exhibition that will showcase works from artists across painting, installation and photography, that collectively explore ideas of spacial sense, as well as considering the forest as not only a physical space (but more).

False pebbles and a low horse’ is the latest solo exhibition by Harry Bayston. Through a series of paintings on various surfaces; the show explores how the gestures of paint and materiality can act as tools for a tongue in cheek deconstruction of the hyper masculine cowboy archetype.
